Universal Replacement Motor Kit A for DSRDAH/3200P Rotary Disc Humidifier This kit converts your unit from a gear driven unit (manufactured before September 2008) to a direct drive. Gear-driven motors are NO LONGER available.

1. Remove old motor plate
2. Remove old shaft from disc assembly by first taking off the speed nut with a pair of pliers and then gently tapping the shaft off.
3. Insert new shaft into wheel assembly, then push on new speed nut supplied.
4. Snap in new motor plate assembly.
5. Angle in the wheel ensuring that the pinch on the shaft lines up with the coupling.
